現今的產品具有少量多樣的特性,要符合設備的有效利用、快速上線及 CT 時間短的需求為產業導入自動化的三大考量原則。
然而以傳統的方式控制機械手臂、結合傳統的機械視覺進行瑕疵檢測勢必消耗大量的人力與時間,效率並不高,更無法進行產線的追蹤與分析。
據此,本課程結合現今 AI, 3D、協作型手臂、管理系統等技術進行設計,以培養學生擁有跨領域應用整合的問題解決能力。
Nowadays in the production world, there are 3 major criteria to consider for implementing factory automation. The first is small-volume and large-variety production, and second is effective use of equipment, and last, the quick deployment and short cycle time.
However, the traditional way of controlling the robot arm and integrating machine vision for visual detection consumes a lot of manpower and time. The efficiency is not very high, and it is also hard to track and analyze the production data.
Therefore, this course is designed to incorporate AI, 3D, collaborative robots, and management systems, for students to learn how to problem-solve in cross-domain application integration. |
